Refund policy

You have 14 days upon receipt of the garment to make any returns. All return shipping, import and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees will be deducted from the final refund and will not be reimbursed. Estimated cost of potential import and customs fee will be up to 30% of the value of the returned goods, estimated shipping fees will be calculated and communicated via email once we receive the return request all above costs will be paid by the customer. 

 

We have provided detailed measurements of each product to help you make the best sizing choice. Please view the size guide provided before purchasing to be sure that you are ordering the correct size. If there is an error on our part (due to wrong size or damage), please email us at hello@sangiev.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll do everything we can to get your issue sorted. 

 

We will not accept any items that have been worn (excl. indoor trial), washed, or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
