Shipping policy
We offer worldwide shipping and use DHL Standard & Express Services. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, and we'll always aim to get it to you as quick as possible. Delays can sometimes happen with carriers and this is out of our control.
If you chose to ship using the DHL Standard option (Europe only) please use the tracking number with your national courier tracking system. The parcel gets handed over to your national courier once it reaches the destination's country.
We ship from Germany. If you’re within the EU (excl. UK) you will not incur any customs fees. For the rest of the world, we are not responsible for paying additional import duty charges for customs clearance. All customs is separate from the shipping cost and is out of our control. We cannot lower the value of orders to avoid potential customs fees as this is illegal.
If an item gets returned back to us, due to a customs charge invoice not being paid or the package being rejected by the buyer - we will be deducting £30 (UK) or £50 (ROW) off the refund, which is the cost we incur from the shipping courier when the goods gets sent back to us.
You will be eligible for free international shipping (via DHL Express) when you spend over £400.
